THIRD
Choice of:
Red wine braised short ribs, wild mushroom polenta cake, broccolini, gremolata
Orange thyme rubbed seared duck breast, celeriac puree, braised red cabbage, port wine cherry sauce

A vegetarian option for the third course is available upon request however due to the nature of this event any other dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated.
