Join us the second seasonal dinner at Holl & Stone’s Centennial Farm on Wednesday, September 24th, in partnership with PoshNosh catering, the sister caterer behind Hummingbird in Raleigh, NC.
Featuring a farm tour, welcome cocktail, live music, 4 course dinner plus wine pairings and dessert by the fire.
The menu features fresh seasonal produce inspired & supplied by Holl & Stone and Danan Farms as well as local protein partners and exciting wine pairings.

Amuse Buche:
bruleed fig, goat cheese, balsamic drizzle
Course 1:
spicy tomato soup, poached egg, Manchego, cilantro, crostini
Course 2:
grilled romaine, piparra peppers, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese dressing
Course 3:
nc fish grilled on a cedar plank, romesco sauce, ratatouille
Course 4:
grilled skirt steak with charred green onion salsa, maque choux
Dessert by the Fire Pits provided by Holl & Stone
Timeline of the Event: Wednesday, September 24th
5:30pm: arrival, welcome drink and farm tour
6:30pm: dinner start, 4 courses family style dining plus wine pairings
9:00pm: dessert by the fire pits
9:30pm: event end
Gratuity is not included in the original $155 ticket price, but you are welcome to show your appreciation to our staff as an add-on variant separately prior to checkout.
